General Terms and Conditions

  1. Any prize / bonus amounts offered in any currency other than GBP shall be calculated by a currency multiplier table as determined solely by bet365.
  2. A minimum of £25* must be transferred into a player’s Casino account each time to be eligible for all deposit bonus promotions. The bonus will be credited instantly to a first transfer or deposit, equal to or greater than £25*, into the Casino within the duration of this promotion.
  3. In all of our Comp Points tournaments the highest points earners for different currencies will be established by converting all points to GBP before any prizes are awarded.
  4. Unless stated otherwise, all prize winners must wager their winning amount 20 times in the Casino before withdrawal is permitted.
  5. Unless specifically stated otherwise, for the purpose of deposit bonus promotions, all bonuses and deposits must be wagered through in accordance with the following conditions. The bonus may only be redeemed once cumulative wagers totalling not less than 20 times the sum total of the deposit plus bonus have been placed. Customers from Argentina, Australia, Belarus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Japan, Korea, Lebanon, Lithuania, Macau, Moldova, Malaysia, Nepal, Paraguay, Peru, Poland, Singapore, Slovenia, Sweden, Ukraine, Uruguay and Vietnam may only redeem the bonus once cumulative wagers totalling not less than 50 times the sum total of their deposit plus bonus have been placed. Customers from China, Finland, Latvia, Romania and Russia may only redeem the bonus once cumulative wagers totalling not less than 200 times the sum total of their deposit plus bonus have been placed. Bonus funds may not be cashed until this handle has been met.
  6. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the English language terms and any non-English terms relating to any promotion, competition, tournament or event, the English language terms shall prevail.
  7. Where a customer requests a withdrawal or transfer out of their Casino account, prior to the necessary wagering requirement being met, they will lose all bonus and winnings attributable to the account. Only the sum of the original deposit or remaining balance of the original deposit will be withdrawable.
  8. Unless specifically stated otherwise all bonuses or cash prizes must be redeemed within 30 days of being issued or they will be removed from a player's account, along with any winnings attributable to them.
  9. Unless specifically stated otherwise all wagers made on any variation of Baccarat, Blackjack Surrender, Blackjack Switch, Multiplayer Blackjack, Craps, Pai Gow Poker, Pontoon, Roulette, Sic Bo, Slots Double Up, Video Poker Double Up and Wild Viking games will not contribute to the wagering requirements. Any use of bonus funds to wager on any variation of Baccarat, Blackjack Surrender, Blackjack Switch, Multiplayer Blackjack, Craps, Pai Gow Poker, Pontoon, Roulette, Sic Bo, Slots Double Up, Video Poker Double Up and Wild Viking is not permitted and will result in the loss of any bonus and winnings attributable to their bonus.
  10. The use of any external auto-play software is not permitted and can lead to the cancellation of any bonuses and winnings attributable to those bonuses.
  11. The use of any minimal risk wagering in bet365 tournaments and promotions may lead to prizes being withheld or removed from a player’s account.
  12. bet365 reserves the right to reclaim any bonuses awarded, and any winnings accrued, if customers are found to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the promotions offered, as solely determined by bet365. In such instances bet365 shall terminate the player's eligibility to participate in the promotion.
  13. In the event that bet365 believes a user is abusing or attempting to abuse a bonus or other promotion, or is likely to benefit through such abuse, then bet365 may, at its sole discretion, block, deny, suspend, withhold or withdraw any user from any bonus or promotion in such manner we deem fit.
  14. bet365 reserves the right to either extend or reduce the length of any promotional offer.
  15. bet365 reserves the right to amend, cancel, reclaim or refuse any promotion in its sole discretion.
  16. bet365 further reserve the right to ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation for us to be satisfied in our absolute discretion as to the customer's identity prior to us crediting any bonus, free bet or offer to their account. Should the bonus chip have been credited we further reserve the right to withhold any winnings until such documentation has been received.
  17. While bet365 protects all personal data provided and entrusted to it, we reserve the right to use first names in any Casino announcements about tournament results, recipients of special promotion awards and Progressive Jackpot winners.
  18. Employees, officers and directors of bet365, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for entry. The same terms shall apply to the direct families of such persons.
  19. By participating in any promotion, players agree to be bound by these rules and to the decisions made by bet365, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects.
